We hope to recover him before the end of the season."

Disciplinary Charges

During the loss to Nimes on 1st February, Martins pushed referee Mikael Lesage after he showed Martins' Monaco team-mate Tiemoue Bakayoko a red card in the first half. Lesage then pulled the red card back out again, at which point Martins pushed him again. The 24 year old will now be suspended "indefinitely" pending a league investigation.

Baggies Expect To Lose Ferguson
After discussions with Nathan Ferguson's representatives, West Bromwich Albion expect to lose the teenage defender at the end of the season. Ferguson was all set to sign for Crystal Palace in the January window, before a medical discovered a knee injury which ended the deal. Baggies technical director Luke Dowling said: "It might be a tidy up or repair. It's down to the surgeon. We agreed a deal with Crystal Palace and he went down to London for a medical. They came across an issue in his knee. We'll hopefully get to the bottom of it and know the exact problem he's got. If not before the end of the season, then pre-season he'll be back up and running. The discussions we've had with his representatives since deadline day suggest that he will still leave us at the end of the season."
Man Utd File Sun Complaint
Manchester United have filed a complaint to the press regulator over the coverage given by the gutter rag tabloid the Sun to their attack on the house of United's executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward's house. The club allege that the 'news'paper had been given advance warning of the attack and that the presence of a reporter "both encouraged and rewarded the perpetrators". A Man Utd statement read: "The Club believes that the Sun newspaper had received advance notice of the intended attack, which included criminal damage and intent to intimidate, and that the journalist was present as it happened. The quality of the images accompanying the story indicate that a photographer was also present."
