Gini Wijnaldum's half brother and former Huddersfield Town winger Rajiv van la Parra has been released by Red Star Belgrade.

Former Swansea City, Norwich City and Blackburn Rovers left-back Martin Olsson has signed as a free agent for Helsingborg.

Disciplinary Charges

Ronaldinho and his brother have been released from prison and placed under house arrest in Paraguay. The pair were denied bail but posted $800,000 each to allow them to stay in a hotel in Asuncion while they await trial.

Coronavirus Latest

Kilmarnock are furloughing the majority of their staff, including players and coaching staff, until the end of May. The club will make up the 20% they will not be getting from the government's job retention scheme. Owner Billy Bowie said: "We have taken the time to properly assess the situation, including detailed discussions with PFA Scotland, and have made every effort to ensure that we do the right thing by our players as well as our loyal staff. We have been blown away by the support of our fans during these tough times and we look forward to a day when we will be able to safely return to watching football together at Rugby Park."

Northern Ireland's Football Association has furloughed a number of staff members until further notice.

Tottenham Hotspur manager Jose Mourinho has admitted flouting social-distancing guidelines by leading a club training session on Hadley Common. Mourinho said: "I accept that my actions were not in line with government protocol and we must only have contact with members of our own household. It is vital we all play our part and follow government advice in order to support our heroes in the NHS and save lives."

Real Madrid's players, coaching staff and "main directors" are to take a pay cut of 10-20% this year.

Premier League players have launched an initiative called #PlayersTogether to partner with NHS Charities Together (NHSCT). The initiative is a fund to get money to the frontline NHS staff quickly.

Southampton's players, coaching staff and board of directors are all deferring part of their salaries until June.

Premier League clubs are to receive advanced paymentsrelated to league positioning and television fees to help them through the coronavirus pandemic. Payments are expected to be in the region of £20m.

Scotland have pushed back the resumption of football until at least 10th June. Clubs are to vote on ending the lower league season in Scotland early. SFA president Rod Petrie said: "The message is very clear. The government restrictions introduced to save lives must be adhered to and there is no prospect of an early resumption of training, let alone organised football in Scotland for several weeks. The decision to suspend all football until at least 10 June is to help clubs ensure the safety and wellbeing of players, staff and supporters as well as take steps to mitigate their costs. Scottish football applauds everyone working within NHS Scotland and the care sector and should place no additional burden at a time when their resources are being tested to the limit because of Covid-19."

Leeds Announce Loss

Leeds United have announced pre-tax losses of £21.4m for the year ending June 2019. The club made an operating loss of more than £36m but player sales brought in more than £15m, reducing the losses. Turnover rose by over £8m but the wage bill also rose from £31.3m to £46.1m. The club has also a potential bonus payout to players and coaching staff of almost £20m if they gain promotion.
