Football News: Kris Common and Beram Kayal look towards Celtic exit.

Celtic fans will be disappointed in the news that Kris Commons will be leaving the club over the length of contract on offer, Commons will quit Celtic unless they offer him more than a one-year extension.

Commons has been linked with Bolton and Crystal Palace, with Neil Lennon led Bolton looking the most likely destination for Scotland and Celtic's current Player of the Year.

Israeli international midfielder Beram Kayal last night revealed he will leave Celtic at the end of the season after making public the fact the Glasgow giants have refused to let him leave for nothing in January.

Kayal, who was once linked with a move to Manchester United, could be set for a return to Maccabi Haifa, though the player would prefer to stay in Europe after his five years in Glasgow which saw his career severely blighted after a horror challenge by Lee McCulloch in 2011.
