Managerial Changes
Disciplinary Charges
Crystal Palace forward Eberechi Eze is being investigated by the FA after watching Queens Park Rangers' FA Cup third round tie against Fulham in the directors' box. The game was played behind closed doors and he had not received permission from either Palace or the FA to attend. A Palace statement read: "He accepts it was an error of judgement to attend the match. QPR have acknowledged they made a mistake in hosting Eberechi Eze in the directors' box at Saturday's FA Cup match against Fulham without our knowledge. We were also concerned to see pictures of Eberechi not wearing a mask at certain moments and are speaking to him about these apparent lapses, which will be dealt with internally."

Madrid Stranded
After a real struggle to get to Pamplona involving a reported 3 hour wait on the runway due to snow, Real Madrid's weekend trip is turning into even more of a nightmare. Madrid players and staff, as well as other passengers, were stuck in the plane for a lengthy period as snow was cleared, only to make it the match with Osasuna and be held to a draw. Since then they have been stuck in a hotel in Pamplona as Madrid's Barajas airport has been closed due to the inclement weather in Spain. They were only able to return home on Monday after 3 nights stranded in Pamplona. Athletic Bilbao's game against Atletico Madrid had to be postponed as their plane was unable to land upon arrival at Barajas airport. They were forced to return back to the Basque country due to the iced-up runways.
