Contracts
Oliver Younger's contract with Sunderland has been extended by a year.
Veteran striker Chris Porter has extended his deal with Crewe Alexandra and become a player-coach for the club.
Plymouth Argyle have given defender Ryan Law a new contract.
Peterborough United duo Nathan Thompson and Dan Butler extended their deals. Frankie Kent has signed a new 3 year contract with the Posh.
Ben Garratt has signed a new two year contract with Burton Albion. Former Chelsea youngster Michael Mancienne has a new one-year deal with the Brewers.
Charlie Carter has signed a new Stevenage contract.
Defender Shaun Hobson has signed a new two-year contract with Southend United, despite their relegation to League Two.
Lloyd Isgrove has signed a two-year deal with Bolton Wanderers. Defender Gethin Jones has also agreed a two-year contract.
Tom Eastman has agreed a two-year contract with Colchester United.
Leyton Orient have given midfielder Craig Clay a two-year deal.
Cambridge United midfielder Harrison Dunk has signed a one-year contract.
Jack Armer has signed a new two-year deal with Carlisle United.
Luton Town defensive duo Sonny Bradley and Dan Potts have signed new contracts.
Defender Scott Wharton has signed a three-year deal with the option for a further year with Blackburn Rovers.
Veteran midfielder Luka Modric has signed a new 1-year contract with Real Madrid.
Transfers
Bristol Rovers have signed four on free transfers. Nick Anderton arrives from Carlisle United, Sam Finley, Mark Hughes and Paul Coutts from Accrington Stanley.
Joe Piggott is to leave AFC Wimbledon on a free after rejecting a new contract.
Sunderland have released seven, among them club captain Max Power. Also released were Callum McFadzean, Chris Maguire, Conor McLaughlin, Grant Leadbitter, Josh Scowen and Remi Matthews.
Oxford United have released Rob Hall, Dylan Asonganyi and Nico Jones.
Luton Town have paid an undiclosed fee to sign Fred Onyedinma from Wycombe Wanderers. The funds were generated by a fan-generated 'Transfer Club' fund.

Mansfield Town have signed Elliott Hewitt on a free transfer from Grimsby Town.
Millwall have signed George Long from Hull City and Scott Malone from Derby County on free transfers.
Lee Nicholls has signed for Huddersfield Town following his release from MK Dons.
An undisclosed fee has taken West Bromwich Albion midfielder Sam Field to Queens Park Rangers.
Riley McGree has re-signed for Birmingham City on loan from future MLS expansion side Charlotte FC until January 1st. Charlotte are expecting to join the MLS in 2022.
Millwall have released Shane Ferguson, Frank Fielding, James Brown and Shaun Williams.
Kilmarnock released Gary Dicker, Aaron Tshibola, Nicke Kabamba, Diaguely Dabo, Clevid Dikamona, Youssouf Mulumbu, George Oakley, Danny Rogers, Ally Taylor and Danny Whitehall.
Motherwell have released Allan Campbell, Aaron Chapman, Findlay Cook, Sam Foley, Declan Gallagher, Paul Hale, Yusuf Hussain, Christopher Long, Ross MacIver, Matthew McDonald, Sam Muir, Liam Polworth, Lewis Robertson, Harry Robinson, Sherwin Seedorf, Jamie Semple and Cammy Williamson.
Girondins Bordeaux have released Vukasin Jovanovic, Youssouf Sabaly, Maxime Poundje, Nicolas de Preville and former Newcastle United forward Hatem Ben Arfa.
Miguel Angel Moya has been released by Real Sociedad.
CD Alaves have released Jota Peleteiro and Manu Garcia.
Gianluigi Donnarumma has left AC Milan.
Trabzonspor have signed Bruno Peres from AS Roma and former Arsenal winger Gervinho from Parma on free transfers.
Aissa Mandi has been released by Real Betis.
Racing Lens have paid £4.5m to sign former Chelsea youngster Gael Kakuta from Amiens.
Racing Strasbourg have released Kevin Zohi, Idriss Saadi, Lionel Carole, Lamine Kona and Ismael Aaneba.
Bayern Munich have signed Omar Richards on a free transfer from Reading.
1.FSV Mainz 05 have signed Anderson Lucoqui from Arminia Bielefeld on a free transfer.
Granada have released Rui Silva.
Fiorentina have released Valentin Eysseric.
Kays Ruiz-Atil has been let go by Paris Saint-Germain.
Veteran defender Danilo has been allowed to leave Bologna.
Sevilla have released Sergio Escudero.
Oasuna have signed Kike Garcia on a free from Eibar.

Managerial Changes
Swindon Town have appointed John McGreal as their new manager. The 48 year old spent four years in charge of Colchester United previously.
Oldham Athletic have appointed Keith Curle on a permanent basis.
Leyton Orient have appointed former Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Kenny Jackett as their new manager.
Malky Mackay, dismissed by Cardiff City in 2014 for sending texts he terms "disrespectful of other cultures" has been appointed as Ross County manager. He replaces John Hughes, who left despite saving the club from relegation.
Tommy Wright is to keep his job as Kilmarnock manager despite their relegation to the Scottish Championship.
Libya have sacked their Montenegrin head coach Zoran Filipovic due to poor results. Libya failed to qualify for next year's Africa Cup of Nations.
Hansi Flick will take over the German national job after the summer's European Championships. Joachim Loew has already announced his intention to leave after the tournament is completed. Flick is currently Bayern Munich boss but had announced back in April he was leaving the role and is being replaced by Julian Nagelsmann.
Christophe Galtier has stepped down as Lille head coach, despite winning France's Ligue 1 title in a one-horse race without actually having a horse. His leaving had been expected since new owners arrived at the club mid-season.
Antonio Conte has joined the raft of league title winners to leave their role at the end of the season. Conte led Inter Milan to the Serie A title, their first in 11 years, but has now left by mutual consent.
Disciplinary Charges
UEFA has opened disciplinary charges against Barcelona, Juventus and Real Madrid over their involvement in the proposed European Super League. The other nine involved in 'founding' the league have all revoked their membership and renounced the project, but Barca, Juve and Madrid have stood their ground. A UEFA statement read: "Following an investigation conducted by Uefa ethics and disciplinary inspectors in connection with the so-called 'Super League' project, disciplinary proceedings have been opened against Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus for a potential violation of Uefa's legal framework. Further information will be made available in due course." The trio have hit out at UEFA saying: "The opening of disciplinary proceedings by Uefa is incomprehensible and is a direct attack against the rule of law".
Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta has had his red card he received against Aston Villa overturned on appeal.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been fined 50,000 euros and ordered to "cease his association" with a betting firm. The multi-millionaire 39-year-old is a partner in a betting firm, as he looks to add to his many millions. His current club, AC Milan, were also fined 25,000 euros.
Slavia Prague defender Ondrej Kudela has failed to have his 10-game ban for racially abusing Rangers' midfielder Glen Kamara overturned.
Brereton Gets Chile Call
Blackburn Rovers former England youth international forward Ben Brereton has chosen to play his international football for chile after the 22-year-old was called up for forthcoming World Cup qualifiers. Brereton's mother was born in the South American nation.
Pep Manager Of The Year
The League Manager Association have chosen Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola as their manager of the year, after he led City to heir third Premier League title in 4 years. The LMA also announced their divisional choices:
Championship: Daniel Farke of Norwich City
League One: Grant McCann of Hull City
League Two: Michael Duff of Cheltenham Town.
