Injury Round-Up

Brighton & Hove Albion expect to be without Danny Welbeck for the start of the season due to a hamstring injury.

Christian Eriksen will be out for at least 6 months following his cardiac arrest while playing for Denmark against Finland in the European Championships. A partial tear of the cruciate ligament is expected to keep Barrow midfielder Tom Beadling out of action for 2 months.


Managerial Changes

Michael Flynn has chosen to stay as manager of Newport County. Flynn was considering his future after Newport's loss in the League Two promotion play-off final.


Disciplinary Charges

Kenya have suspended 5 referees over allegations of match fixing and manipulation of league results. Two of the suspended officials were only dropped from FIFA's list of referees at the start of the season due to the pair failing fitness tests.
