For all the talk of togetherness and belief, the harsh reality for Leeds United this season is the lack of quality in the squad. Too many players simply aren't good enough to compete consistently at Premier League level, and it shows every time Leeds face a side with pace, power, and composure.
Daniel Farke has tried to stabilise performances, but the gap in technical ability and decision-making has become glaring. It's this gulf that now defines Leeds' fight for survival rather than any tactical fault line.
Farke's Future Hanging by a Thread

Of all the realistic options, Kieran McKenna stands out as a name worth considering. Still young and ambitious, his work at Ipswich has been impressive. If he's tempted by the Premier League challenge, he might just be able to bring some structure and belief back to a fractured dressing room. Yet even McKenna would know he's walking into a battle where the odds are brutally stacked.

There's no point sugar-coating it - Leeds are in serious trouble. No miracle appointment or new voice in the dressing room can mask the deeper issues at play. The squad lacks balance, the confidence has drained, and the belief among fans is beginning to crumble.
Like many supporters, I'll continue to hope for a turnaround, but the Championship already feels like our destination. Leeds may go down fighting, but unless something changes drastically, it's hard to see this ending any other way.
