Football News: Dutch midfielder to have Southampton trial

Southampton are set to give FC Twente midfielder Dario Tanda a trial at the club.

The 19 year old will join the Saints on the 5th January in the attempt to win a contract in the English Premier League.

Tanda was linked with fellow Eredivisie side Go Ahead Eagles, but Southampton have moved ahead of them.

The youngster has so far made 10 appearances this season in the Jupiler League, scoring one goal.
