On loan Stoke City defender Ryan Shotton has turned his loan deal with Derby County into a permanent transfer.
The 26 year old came through the Stoke academy, but was surplus to requirements in Mark Hughes' tenure.
He signed a season long loan deal with the Rams in the summer, and that has now been turned into a 2 and a half year permanent deal.
The fee has been undeclared.
