Football News: Blackpool fans anger at Chairman

Blackpool Chairman Karl Oyston has left fans outraged by a text conversation with supporter Stephen Smith in which his choice of words has left many asking for his resignation from The Football League's board of directors and as Chairman of the struggling Championship side.

In the row between the pair the under pressure Chairman is reported to have used words such as 'retard' and 'special needs' in his insulting replies which many believe leaves his position/s as untenable.

Ismail Kaji who works for Mencap has described his words as disgusting and said they are no different to using racist or homophobic words and left him feeling sick.

Blackpool have refused to comment along with The Football League however The FA have said they 'are aware of the matter'.
