Football News: Kuyt wanted back in the Prem

Not content with trying to sign one Liverpool forward in Fabio Borini, Gus Poyet has joined the chase for Fenerbahce's former Liverpool striker Dirk Kuyt.

The hard running Netherlands international is also the subject of interest from fellow countryman Ronald Koeman, who wishes to take Kuyt to Southampton.

At 34 years old, Kuyt may no longer be the tireless workhorse he once was, but he is still a grafter who sacrifices his play for the team.
