Former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nacer Chadli has moved to RSC Anderlecht on loan from Monaco.
Werder Bremen have paid a loan fee of over £1m for central defender Omer Toprak from Borussia Dortmund.

Injury Round-Up
Barcelona's back up goalkeeper, there to provide cover in case of injury to Marc-Andre ter Stegen, has suffered a wrist fracture in training. 30 year old Neto only signed for Barcelona in the summer from Valencia and could be out for a while. Barca will also be likely to have to do without Lionel Messi as he recovers from a calf strain.
EFL Apologise To Texting Fan
The English Football League has apologised after a fan in the crowd texting his girlfriend was threatened with expulsion from Hull City's ground if he continued to text. Hull fan Daniel Mawer claims an "undercover security guard" approached him at half-time of their home match versus Reading and threatened to throw him out for texting. Mawer said: "I feel it's something that needed highlighting as I wasn't sure how widespread these checks are. I was just texting a few friends and relatives who can't make it to games these days, just the odd update on how the game was going. I was mainly telling my girlfriend what I thought of Hull forward Tom Eaves' haircut." An EFL spokesman explained: "The Comsec scout spotting programme is managed by Football Data Co in collaboration with the league and its clubs. Access is provided at matches for Comsec representatives to operate and identify potential infringements. On initial review of this particular incident all procedures and protocols were followed, but clearly there is still some work to be done to ensure these checks are conducted appropriately and sensitively. It's never the intention to offend and for that Football Data Co and the League offer its apologies to the supporter affected by this random spot check."
PSG Fans Turn On Neymar
After a summer spent trying to force a move out of Paris Saint-Germain, Neymar Jr has made himself extremely unpopular with their fans. Unpopular enough to warrant chants and banners aimed at him, including the cute little ditty of "Neymar, filho da puta!", which translates to "Neymar, you son of a b*tch". Banners asked him politely to "get out of our club" and other requests. Well to be precise they actually said something along the lines of "you've f***ed us like a b*tch, so don't come back". Must be nice to be popular.
Boateng Apologises
Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng has apologised for his poor attitude at the end of last season as he looked for a move away from the club. Boateng said: "I think I showed in the past weeks of the preseason that I'm doing everything to be in top form. I know that many people were critical of my behavior, as well as many fans. And I understand that. No matter how things go on now, I'd like to apologize for that regardless. It was not acceptable, but I really didn't want to annoy or insult anyone. I acted only out of deep disappointment over my situation. I somehow couldn't help myself."
RSL Coach Sacked Following Suspension
Real Salt Lake have fired their head coach Mike Petke and promoted assistant Freddy Juarez to take his place. Petke was suspended for 3 matches and fined $25,000 by Major League Soccer for his conduct leading to a red card in a Leagues Cup match. RSL also handed him a two-weeks unpaid suspension on top of the punishment from MLS and fired him after his club suspension ended. Petke was found guilty of "using unacceptable and offensive language and repeated confrontational misconduct towards match officials".
Pogba Does Nothing To Quell Move Rumours
Following Manchester United's 4-0 win over Chelsea, Paul Pogba told French radio station RMC that there was still a question mark over his future at United. Pogba said: "I always feel good when I play football. I do the things I like, plus it's my job. I give my all every time I go out on the pitch. I'm aware that things have been said. Only time will tell. There's always that question mark. I'm at Manchester. I have fun with my team mates. I always want to win matches and I always give my best when I'm on the pitch."
