Football News: Benfica unveil their new hi-tech training equipment.

Portuguese giants Benfica have released footage of part of their new training facility.



Players stand in a four sided box and have to react as balls are fired at them automatically. The player has to quickly control the ball and then hit targets which randomly appear on the walls in a variety of differing shapes and sizes.

The new system, similar to Borussia Dortmund's 'Footbonaut' training system, is equipped to analyse and help improve players reaction times whilst also improving their accuracy when passing the ball at quick speeds.
