Football News: Time For Rangers To Transition

Time For Rangers To Transition

Time for transition and building for the future at Glasgow Rangers, should have started when we were down the lower leagues. Folk shouting for Philippe Clement (PC) to go and wanting immediate success, but by God we really have spent far too much from the offset. We never built for the future and we have been too busy trying to chase instant success and it really has set us back as we have witnessed by always being in transition always looking for the better manager and throwing good money away.

We're now at a crossroads, keep sacking managers, keep looking for instantaneous success that hasn't happened because we're too quick trying to purchase it and never giving the managers proper time. Apart from Steven Gerrard who eventually wins and then walks. Just at a time when we looked like we had turned a corner and were a kick away from winning the Europa League, we then sack Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

Honestly, when do we pause and take a minute to realise all this chasing and spending has done more harm than good and where will it lead if we carry on? Let this board, manager and DoF have a minute to complete what they're trying to do and see where it could lead. If not, a new manager might not want players inherited and might not get on with koppen once here, where does it end?

PC might not be the man for the job, but there are other things happening right now that should be allowed to be finished the review of the club. For instance, the wage structure the players were still trying to move on. Let all this come to pass and see what the final report advises. A new manager right now might not even like the final results and what's to be implemented going forward?

If the club is under financial difficulty, yes blame who put us there, but don't keep shouting for it to continue to have a one off league win just for it all to fall apart. Let's still have a club to support in the years ahead and allow whatever is happening to be completed and we may be a whole lot better off for it.

Suck it up, roll with the punches, adapt and let's learn from our past mistakes and get it correct this time around. i feel guys up top all seem to be saying and doing things that look positive for once, getting us back on an even keel, making us sustainable and building a squad for the future.
