Football News: Agnew leaves Hull for Middlesbrough
Steve Agnew has left Hull City's coaching staff to return to Middlesbrough and work with Aitor Karanka as his assistant.
Agnew originally left Boro in 2012 to join Steve Bruce's staff at Hull, where he was credited with a large part in Hull's return to the Premier League.
He still lives in the Yarm area, so it is a return home for the one time Boro caretaker manager.
The Tigers will now be searching for a new right hand man for Bruce, with first team coach Keith Bertschin expected to fill in for now.
