Conference club Eastleigh FC have signed 31 year old Brian Howard on a free transfer after his release from Oxford United.
The former Barnsley, Reading, Southampton, CSKA Sofia, Bristol City, Portsmouth and Millwall player spent last season with Birmingham City, scoring 1 goal in 5 appearances for the Midlands club.
Howard has made over 375 appearances as a first team professional in his career to date, and will be looking to help his local club reach the Football League.
