Football News: Agent rules out January return to Man Utd

The agent of Manchester United's Javier Hernandez has dismissed talk of a return to the club in January.

The Mexican striker is currently on a season long loan at Real Madrid, where he has made just 4 starts for Carlo Ancelotti's side.

This has led to speculation that the loan would be cut short and Chicharito would return to the Premier League early.

His agent, Eduardo Hernandez, has ruled out the possibility of an early return.

"Sometimes the media speculate too much and assume situations," he was quoted as saying by AS.

"A few days ago I was with the Real Madrid directors and Javier. He will not leave the club (in January).

"Yes, he is eager to play more minutes but he knows that hard work will open up more opportunities. He has a future ahead of him."

The agent did concede that the possibility of Real Madrid exercising their option to make the loan permanent was unlikely though.
