Sierra Leone lost 1-0 and his home in Freetown was targeted after the game and the Sierra Leone police stated: "I can confirm that police are still deployed in Kei Kamara's house to protect it from disgruntled youths who are not happy because he missed a penalty against Equatorial Guinea. The Sierra Leone police - as an institution that's very proactive in its approach - got intelligence indicating that angry youths wanted to attack his house and we decided to go to the house even before the match ended. We know what happened to Umaru Bangura a few years back, so we decided to be proactive." Bangu's house was hit by stones thrown after he missed a stoppage time penalty against Liberia.

Molineux Fire
A fire broke out at Wolverhampton Wanderers' Molineux stadium that caused damage to part of the ground. The blaze is thought to have begun in an eletrical appliance in the Sir Jack Hayward Suite bar area and then spread from there. The club's facilities, safety and security director Steve Sutton said: "It will take some days to fully assess the damage that has been caused, however it is quite significant and will take some time to repair. Any supporter packages affected for the next game will be communicated by the relevant departments over the coming days. The most important thing of course, is that no one was present at the time, apart from our 24-hour security team, and no one was hurt. We apologise to residents in the area for the very loud alarms that went off late into the night, but hope they understand their necessity at such a critical time."
Rams Takeover Offer
The founders of investment company Carlisle Capital, the Binnie family, have submitted a formal offer for Derby County. The bid is believed to be for around £28m and not include any offer for the stadium.
