Birmingham International Holdings, the holding company that owns Birmingham City, have announced to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that they wish to postpone their AGM until January 6.
The AGM was due to take place on December 23rd, but will now be delayed, giving Peter Pannu an extra two weeks before he can win re-election to the board.
Pannu was recently sacked as both the managing director and CEO of BIH.
