Brailian winger Willian is currently undergoing a medical for his proposed move to Tottenham.Should the medical be completed without any problems the player will put pen to paper on a long term deal at Spurs becoming there 2nd Brailian signing of the summer.Willian was also attracting interest from Spurs rivals Liverpool who where put off by the agent fees.

Willian will become the 5th major arrival at Tottenham following on from the signings of Paulinho,Chadli,Capoue and Soldado.Willian will become Tottenham's record signings,Spurs had already broke there transfer record twice this summer signing Paulinho for a club record £17m then Soldado for £26m but it now looks likely willian will become the clubs record transfer.

 

Willian has yet to be capped for Brazil however he has represented his country numerous times at youth level.Willian joined Shaktar in 2007 joining for a fee in the region of £12.5 at the age of 19,Willian then went on to play 5 and a half seasons for Shaktar before joining Anhi Machalakakala in 2013 for a fee in the region of £30m.

The 26-year old is likely to officially become a Tottenham player in the next few days and his arrival in unlikely to be the last at Tottenham with Spurs Manager Andre Villas Boas stating the club are not yet finished in the transfer window while also saying that there will be outgoings at White heart lane.
